I purchased this van last year for $1500. The title accidentally got thrown away before I could register it and I have made an attempt to get the previous owner to send for a duplicate with no help. DMV said it must be salvaged if they will not do it. So this van will be sold for parts/salvage. My loss. It has an electrical problem and needs fixed. I was told a short caused the positive cable to melt the red plastic around the terminal. So, anyone knowing electrical could fix it and get a title through salvage I guess...I don't know much about this stuff. I was going to have a shop fix it but won't if I cannot get the title to it. So, I have bought another van and just want this one out of here. MUST BE TOWED FROM ALLEGANY, NY. You cannot drive it away. I did get it inspected for NY good until 12/08 before the battery cable melted. Good tires.
There are a few other minor things that need fixed or can be left as is such as a round dent in rear door about the size of softball. Sliding door needs a handle on outside. Dash lights need replaced?? Do not light up. maybe has to do with short.
