Up for auction here is a 1965 Pontiac firebird 4spd project car with title complete with motor. Bought from a young man acouple years ago, and stored in my garage since then. My wife and I had a proffessional restoration team look over it for a price to restore and they told us, that we have a good solid car to work with. That the car is not rusted in the usual spots. Car will be sold with and as is, with all interior parts and Motor and extra parts described below. Car is for local pick-up only,i can deliver at buyers exspense. Fair body and interior, 2 Hoods (std 350 428 ram air), spare door (passenger side good condition with glass and mirror), extra front facia w/ driving lights, extra front bumper, Urathane bushing kit, Grant Gt carbon-fiber steering wheel, Disc brake assembly w/ calip,Power assist master cyl,Possi diffw/ 4.10 gears, Muncie 4 spd and white interior.
Motor: is a fresh 428, bored .030 over with all the parts listed below. I did some checking on the motor and found that Pontiac built 3 versions of this motor, factory 395,385 and 375 hp motors. This one is the 385 version. Young man tells me it is a power house. The reason for the pink block is due to the reason he was going to paint his next car black... Personal thing i guess.. Engine will need oil pan gaskets, seem to have miss placed when I pulled to inspect when I purchased.
