The fuel economy of this amazingly fun spirited Mini Cooper is astounding when you realize how much fun it is to drive. Not only are you achieving 30+MPG, you also have spacious amounts of cargo room to haul all of your friends/family/pets (who will surely want to go for a ride)...or to even tote your work/sporting gear. Once you first sit in this Mini, you will notice that you are always smiling...and that is what it is like every time you get into this little car. --It's like driving an adult-sized version of a racing go-cart with a windshield a cd/stereo--
As for the Mini...it is a 2003 Mini Cooper with a 5 speed manual transmission, {59,800+/- miles}, the fluids have all been serviced as recommended by the local Mini Certified Garage, and currently the car runs like a top. Recently I had the front right ball joints replaced (faulty) and had the alignment done at the same time. The mileage on this Mini, about 75%, is from highway driving...the car still acts like it did on the first day it rolled off the showroom floor, however, a couple of areas of the clear-coat paint have begun to fade(near the mirrors facing skyward) and the window tint on the passenger side door has a mark smaller than the size of half of a dime...also, the front lower air dam grill appears to have a minor ding from an obvious impact, with a very tiny leprechaun I'm sure, some time ago.
