You are bidding on a 1997 Mercury Sable, Gold exterior with a Tan leather with cloth inserts on the seats. This vehicle was a local resident's. That has been driven 102,807 miles.

This 1997 Mercury Sable, is in great condition. The exterior is as shown in the photos, the paint shines as new. The interior is clean as shown in the photos. This vehicle is like new, the motor runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. There are several dings and scrapes that do not detract from the overall beauty of the vehicle and are appropiate for a vehicle of this age. Please note this is a front wheel drive vehicle.

The winning bidder must contact John Suppe at Ridgewood's Village Ford within 24 hours after the auction close at (201)652-3373 ext. 22 to start the transaction and receive a buyer's order form.
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of the auction close, payable via credit card.
The buyer must complete the transaction within 7 days of the auction close with certified funds (cashier check) or wire transfer.
All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drives during the auction period.
All buyers pay a $245.00 document fee (temporary tags, title transfer, etc.)
New Jersey and New York residents must pay sales tax. Buyers from other states must comply to their local tax and registration laws. Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floor mats and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle. The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as "As Is" condition. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early without any liability to the seller.

Ending Auction Early
We are a Ford Dealership and vehicles are for sale on our lot. If this vehicle is sold on our lot the auction will be ended early without any liability to the seller.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Ridgewood's Village Ford has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Ridgewood's Village Ford welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact John Suppe @ 201-652-3373 ext 22 within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
