All financial transactions should be in the form of cash, cashier's-check, or credit cards. Within 24 hours after the end of sale, winning bidder must submit 10% of the total cost of the sale. Balance is due within 4 days of the end of sale. We will store any vehicle for up to 10 days free of charge. A $220 processing fee will be added to the total value of the auction. This fee includes a 30 day Pennsylvania In-Transit Tag, notary services, messenger, and title transfer. This fee is not negotiable. It is a fixed amount for any car-purchaser, and dealers are included. Please don't bid if funds are not available at the time of bidding. This is a business. We have no time for dead beat bidders. We will report people like that to Ebay, as well as block them forever from bidding on our cars. Pennsylvania buyers must pay sales tax and tag fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states. In most cases we can assist the buyer in purchasing warranties (the price of which is not reflected in the final bid, this will be available for an ADDITIONAL FEE) Shipping?!? There are numerous reliable shipping companies that specialize in interstate vehicle shipment. Responsibility for shipping rests entirely with the buyer.
We have had a lot of inquiries as to why we run Private Auctions. So let us explain, We have had a lot of emails from people complaining that they were getting emails from other sellers trying to sell them their vehicles off of our auctions, which is considered a form of harassment. Such actions are very hard to control so we inquired from eBay how to handle it. They advised us to run private auctions that would stop the harassment and interference. In a private auction all the bidders names are hidden and not visible to the bogus seller that does not wish to spend their money to sell their item. We hope that this makes for a more pleasurable auction environment for you.
We Simply do not accept any bids from people who have Negative Feedbacks unless they have emailed us with a reasonable explanation. If an email is not returned, the negative feedback bidder will be retracted by the seller.

* Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, and it may have wear.
* Please, expect scratches, bug and rock marks, little dents, dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used autos.
* During normal usage the vehicle is on the road, the signs of wear listed above are almost unavoidable.
* A car that is 2 years old, for instance, is going to show less wear than a vehicle that is 7 years older.
* Please be certain of your decision to complete the transaction before you place a bid.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

My name is Dino and I began using EBay about six years ago and have sold vehicles on Ebay Motors for 2 years for major dealers in the area. What you can expect
The majority of the inventory consists of one owner, trade-ins from local franchised new car dealerships. Every vehicle is hand-picked and given an extensive road test and checked over prior to being listed. You will be provided with all known information; both, good and bad, in the form of an accurate description and plenty of images. You are invited to inspect the vehicle on your own or hire a third party inspection prior to bidding.
How it works
New-car dealers typically only keep low mileage vehicles on their lot, which allows us the opportunity to purchase their high-mileage trade-ins below wholesale. Most of my vehicles are listed with a $1.00 - NO RESERVE auction or with a rock bottom BUY IT NOW to ensure a fast sell. This method of selling does allow for a possible lose on an individual vehicle, but a quick turn around time and extremely low overhead allows for a small profit in the end.
Buying at a retail lot
A retail-auto dealer usually provides pre-certified used vehicles that pass a 200-point inspection and are guaranteed to be 100% like new. Purchasing from a fancy retail lot in your area will give you that "peace of mind" feeling. For this guarantee and peace of mind you will be paying retail prices which are usually 30%-50% above wholesale. If you are very selective and don't mind spending the extra cash retail is the way for you. Many of these dealers don't do a complete inspection and only guarantee the drive-train, while still charging retail.
