1. If bidder is financing, please ensure that financing is arranged before bidding and auction is over. We offer financing with approved credit. If help is needed, please contact us @ 800-334-4662 to arrange pre-approval through our lending sources. PRIOR TO BIDDING.
2. The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Brown Brown Chevrolet within 24 hours to proceed with deposit, payment and delivery arrangements. Otherwise, Brown Brown Chevrolet will exercise the right to sell the car to other buyers.
3. Buyer has 3 days to consummate the deal. A $500 Non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours after auction ends to hold the car for 3 days. Otherwise, Brown Brown Chevrolet will exercise the right to sell the car to other buyers.
4. The vehicle herein is pre-owned and sold in "as is" condition, unless factory warranty is still in effect. Or, you may purchase an after market warranty - details available upon request.
5. By placing a bid the bidder agrees that seller reserves the right to end this auction early.
6. We accept certified checks, credit cards (amount up to $2000) or in house financing in some cases.
7. All buyers must pay a $53.52 documentation fee. If driving the vehicle out-of-state, a $10.00 Illinois Drive-Away Permit is required. Illinois residents must pay their applicable tax rate. Outs of state buyers are responsible for all taxes, title and license fees in their state.
