This auction is for a very rare 1995 Lexus SC300 with a 5-speed transmission that has tons of extras! Known as the Soarer in Japan, these are great looking fun to drive touring coupes that come with the non-turbo 2-JZE 24-valve 3.0 liter inline-6 engine from the late model Supra! These things are almost as quick as the big-brother SC400 with it’s V8, since that car only comes with an automatic. This car has only 95K easy miles on it, appears to have been very well taken care of. It comes with just about every imaginable option, including 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, dual front airbags, dual-zone automatic climate control, power windows/locks/mirrors, leather seats throughout, cruise control, dual heated power seats with memory control on the driver’s side, a power tilt telescoping steering wheel, power moon-roof, more! In addition to all that, this car has lots of great enhancements mods, such as heat-wrapped stainless exhaust header, full stainless exhaust into the stock dual chrome tips, Nology plug wires, Unorthodox underdrive pulleys, a sweet short shifter with a beautiful metal knob with the “heated” look, monster Supra twin-turbo brakes in front with drilled slotted brake rotors, sweet looking 18” ADR alloy wheels! As you can see, this is a one of a kind opportunity. Not only do you get a very hard to find car, but it has low miles as well as some great modifications! This is a fun car to drive, as it offers good power handling, yet is also very comfortable! These cars are very hard to find, so don’t miss out on this car, it will sell!! Most of my business is locating vehicles for new used-car dealers in the area, as well as running a parts business, but I am an enthusiast at heart I can’t resist buying fun rare cars like this when I see them. That being said, this car must be sold through a retail dealer if a CA resident buys it. I have this all worked out with a dealer I do a lot of business with, I just want to be upfront with everyone. If you live in any other state, then you will receive signed off paperwork as usual. Let me know if you have any questions, I am very low key easy to deal with, so don't hesitate to contact me. Engine/mechanical – This car runs strong seems to have at least another 100K miles left in it. I have been driving it myself for the past couple weeks I have really enjoyed it. It does seep a little oil from somewhere in the front of the engine the brakes are a little grabby touchy when you first apply them. Otherwise, they stop the car unbelievably!! The engine pulls strong sounds great, the transmission shifts great, it steers, brakes, handles great! Interior – The interior is in excellent condition! The seats are all in great condition with very little wear (no rips or tears anywhere). The only other problems are the stereo does not work (it appears it is just sitting in there as it does not look like the stock one), there are a couple minor cracks on the driver’s door panel the center dash A/C vent bezel, there is some wear on the steering wheel. Otherwise, all the electrical equipment seems to work fine, the gauges all light up properly, the climate control works great, the rest of the interior is very nice. Body/paint - The body is in great condition, overall looks very nice. The paint is very shiny, there are no signs of accident or damage, as you would expect from a CA car NO RUST! There are a few small dings, just a few light scratches chips here there, but nothing out of the ordinary for a car of this age. The only thing really needed on the exterior is a new set of tires. Otherwise, the glass is all in good condition all the lights are crack free work great. All in all, it’s a very nice looking car that just about anyone would be proud to own! I have lots of pictures of the car, some showing the defects that were mentioned. Please email me if you would like to see more (please provide a return email address for pictures, they cannot be sent through eBay’s message system), or if you have questions regarding the condition of the car. However, please understand that I run 2 businesses most of the cars parts I list are extremely sought-after, so the amount of email calls I get can sometimes be staggering. Therefore please be patient if I don’t get right back to you, especially on weekends as I’m usually at the track w/my race car, coaching my daughter’s soccer team, or w/my family doing something fun. Terms Conditions I understand this section is long, but please read everything before you bid. My terms conditions have evolved over time from common questions I get asked. Most of the time, if you have a question about something it is probably covered somewhere here. Before you bid, please keep in mind that this is a USED vehicle, therefore it is NOT perfect. If you want a perfect car w/no problems a warranty, go buy a new one. As with any used vehicle, this one is being sold AS-IS WHERE-IS, with no warranty given or implied. This is not my PERSONAL vehicle, so I haven’t spent a lot of time with it. Please understand that I may not know about every defect the vehicle has. I did the best I could at locating problems describing them to you, in some cases the vehicle is professionally inspected. However, it does not mean I saw everything. Please consider that if I don’t mention a specific item, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s OK. Email me BEFORE you bid if you have specific concerns or questions, I will be happy to answer you as best I can. I think you will find that I’m very accurate in my descriptions, other than possibly one or two very minor things, I cover just about everything. Also, since I list every problem I find, you might find yourself thinking my vehicles need a lot more work than other sellers’ vehicles. Please keep in mind that I am one of the few sellers who actually list everything I know. Very few auctions on eBay have such an elaborate description, I guarantee you that those other vehicles need just as much work, you just won’t find out about it until you pick it up. Pre-Sale Inspection You are welcome (in fact encouraged) to come inspect the vehicle yourself prior to the close of the auction. I am generally available to show vehicles on Mondays, Wedesdays, Fridays some Saturdays, but I work on an appointment basis don’t have typical “business hours”, so send me a message if you would like to set something up. You may also have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party repair shop if you desire. However, this needs to be done BEFORE the auction is over, not after, it would need to be done here locally. I will not sell a car so someone “subject to inspection”. Meaning, I won’t take a car back if your personal mechanic doesn’t like it. If this is a concern, make arrangements to get it looked at before you bid. Let me know if you have any questions. Financing I do not offer financing, I will not take payments of any kind. If you plan to get your own financing, you must be pre-approved before you place a bid. I will be happy to work with your bank or financial institution in any way I can to help. Trade Ins I do take trade-ins, but only for people willing to bring there car here to me. Long distance trades are impossible, as the shipping charges alone would cause me to lose money. Also keep in mind that since I am selling my cars near wholesale or below, I buy them cheaper. If you want over wholesale for your car, don’t even ask. Otherwise, send me a good description some photos I’ll give you an idea of what it’s worth. Fees California residents please read! Since the car must be sold through a licensed dealer, I am required to smog the vehicle collect sales tax all registration fees at the time of purchase. This consists of the sales tax rate where you live, plus a $15.00 transfer fee, $35.00 DOC fee, $60.00 smog fee (gas powered vehicles only, not charged on diesels), any applicable registration fees unless the vehicle is currently registered. Let me know what city you live in I will be happy to give you an out-the-door price. You would have to pay most of these same fees to the DMV if you purchase a vehicle from a private party, the only difference is we stand in line for you everything comes to you in the mail. If you have questions about this, please email me I will be happy to answer them. If you live outside the state of California, please read! You are responsible to pay any all applicable registration fees taxes in your own state. Also, I do not guarantee any of my vehicles to pass any inspections, including emissions in any other state. By bidding on my vehicles, you agree that anything needed to make the vehicle pass your state’s inspections is your responsibility. Modified Vehicles Some of my vehicles have been modified from their original specifications. Because of this, I do not guarantee their drivability, or how they will hold up to the rigors of daily use. Please understand that things like tire, suspension, brake wear could be vastly affected by the car’s modifications, most of the time they don’t drive the same as a stock vehicle. In other words, they don’t turn/brake/accelerate/etc. like the manufacturer intended, this may adversely affect the way the vehicle drives as well as it’s reliability safety. By bidding on these vehicles you agree that you are buying the car as-is, I am not responsible for any issues these modifications may cause. So if you roll the lifted truck you buy from me because you went too fast around a corner, it’s not my fault! I think most of you understand this. You most likely wouldn’t be looking at my vehicles if you didn’t like them modified, I just need to put it in writing so everyone understands. Shipping If you are considering having the vehicle shipped, shipping charges arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. For a quote, search the internet for auto transport companies, I am located in Sonora, CA 95370. I can deliver the car a reasonable distance in Northern Central CA for a reasonable fee, let me know where you live I’ll let you know. Vehicle Pick Up You are welcome to come pick the vehicle up from me here in Sonora. The closest airports are in Modesto Stockton CA, which are both about an hour drive from here. The airports are small however, so some flights may not go there. The closest International airport is in Sacramento, CA, which is about a 2 hour drive from here. To get from the airport to Sonora, one option is to rent a car one-way through Enterprise or Hertz, I can pick you up at the local rental office if you need. It’s possible for me to put the car on my trailer meet the new owner at the airport or other central location, but it depends on timing as I am very busy. I will try to work with you as best as I can to help you get the car picked up. Deposit Payment Once the auction has ended, a $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be made within 72 hours. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 14 days after the deposit has been made. This gives the buyer time to make arrangements to pick the vehicle up, settle any finances, or make any shipping arrangements. The deposit remaining amount must be paid with certified cashier's check drawn on a North American bank, or cash in hand. No other form of payment will be accepted! I do accept Paypal credit cards, but there will be a small fee for anything over the deposit amount as their fee is high on large amounts. This vehicle may also be for-sale locally, so I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time if there is a local buyer for it. Auction Rules By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a binding contract to purchase it. If you can't afford it, or don’t want it, DON'T BID! Dead beat bidders will be given negative feedback! Please do not ask what the reserve is!! It is an auction, it defeats the purpose to give out the reserve. I will give ALL high bids consideration, so bid as much as you are willing to pay. High bidder gets 1st shot at the car if the reserve is not met, so if you want it, bid on it. If the high bid is at least the same as what I feel I can get for the car at a dealer auction, then most likely I will sell it!! I have been known to cut vehicles loose for the high bid, even though the reserve was far from met! Also, remember that if the reserve is met, the “buy-it-now” option goes away! I have had some cars go for more than the buy-it-now price after the reserve was met. So if you think the buy-it-now price is a good deal (and it usually is), you better hit it before someone else does, or before the reserve gets met, otherwise you may lose out!! Enough of the details, be sure to look at my other auctions for some neat cars trucks! Thanks for looking, good luck!
