Hello and thank you for visiting our eBay listing. Liberty Motors is selling this 1998 Lexus LS400. The car is very clean, previous owners obviously took great care of it, a quality used vehicle. The car has 166,500 miles on it currently which are very low miles considering the quality you get when you own an LS400 and the fact that it's a LEXUS!!! Miles may be slightly higher at the end of auction as vehicle may be test driven.

Condition: The car is in very good condition. The car runs strong, engine runs smooth with absolutely NO vibrations, NO noises, NO issues, it's a LEXUS!!!.
Exterior: The paint on the exterior is in above average condition with NO heavy scratches and NO dents. There are some light paint nicks on the front hood and front bumper which are pointed out in the pictures. The car is in above average condition and will not disappoint.
Interior: Very clean. The leather is in above average condition overall. There are NO signs of wear anywhere on the leather seats, both front and back. There are NO stains, NO rips, and NO tears on the leather seats. The carpet is vacuumed and cleaned reularly, with some discoloration in some areas. The front and rear floor mats are clean and free of any wear or tears. The car was obviously meticulously maintained by it's owner.
Mechanicals: NO issues whatsoever. The "taillamp failure" sensor is on, however the tailamps are in perfect working condition. The sensor will require resetting at a certified Lexus dealership. Overall the mechanicals are above average. The car starts, runs, drives, and idles with no issues. Transmission shifts flawlessly. The car runs strong, engine runs smooth with absolutely NO vibrations, NO noises, NO issues, it's a LEXUS!!!.

Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $250.00 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash ( In Person or Upon Delivery ), Certified Check, or 3rd-party Financing.
Fees and Taxes:
A $250.00 documentation fees applies to all sales. This fee CANNOT be waived. Your bid amount DOES NOT include this DOC fee. We are a licensed dealer in the State of Connecticut and we will collect 6% sales tax for ANY and ALL Connecticut residents who wish to purchase this vehicle, sorry NO EXCEPTIONS.
Buyers from other states will be responsible for their own sales taxes. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
This vehicle is being sold "as is", where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
