What..s covered:
ENGINE - Cylinder block, cylinder heads, and all internal parts. Manifolds, valve train and covers, and flywheel. Camshaft and timing drive components. Oil pump and oil pan. Cylinder head and intake manifold gaskets are covered for coolant leaks only.
TRANSMISSION - Case and all internal parts. Torque Converter and converter housing.
DIFFERENTIAL - Front or rear differential housing and all internal parts. Drive shaft, universal joints, and front axle joints. Transfer case on four wheel drive vehicles and all internal parts.
COOLING SYSTEM - Fan and fan clutch. Electric radiator fan motor, water pump.
STEERING - Steering gear, rack and pinion assembly, and all internal parts. Power steering cooler and lines.
SUSPENSION - Springs, control arms, and ball joints.
BRAKES - All brake components, including all components of the anti-lock brake system, except linings, pads, rotors, and drums.
ELECTRICAL - Alternator, voltage regulator, windshield wiper motor, starter motor, power window motors, power seat motors, and power door lock actuators.
RENTAL CAR - Twenty five dollars per eight hours of authorized flat rate time to repair or replace a covered component with a maximum of two hundred and fifty dollars.
TOWING - If your vehicle must be towed because a covered component has failed, towing to the nearest qualified repair center is covered up to a maximum of fifty dollars.
LABOR - Labor charges are based on industry accepted flat rates, to repair or replace a covered component.

They provide great service and you will be provided with a formal contract explaining all the terms and conditions, and the warranty company, not Finest Motors, is solely responsible for all the warranty obligations. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. a. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Finest Motors may help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
b. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements may be provided by Finest Motors as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Finest Motors.
c. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. Finalizing your Purchase:
a. Finest Motors will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
b. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail (finestmotors@yahoo.com) or phone 216-475-8585 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
c. In order to secure a bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500 by PayPal or major credit card, cash or bank certified funds. Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, cash or bank certified funds to Seller.
d. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller within 3 weeks of the date of purchase. Please do your due diligence before committing to the contract, because all sales are final and there will be no refunds issued of any kind.
