We take our obligation to provide to the public well inspected quality automobiles very seriously.
Most of our pre-owned vehicles are covered by a 3 month or 3,000 mile (whichever first) Limited Warranty. Dealership will repair at its facility and pays 100% of the labor and 100% of the parts for the systems covered, see Lou for details and exclusions.
Above 80,000 miles the Limited Warranty time is for 1 month or 1,000 miles.
In addition, many of our vehicles may still have Factory Warranty remaining.
Certified Used Cars have an extended factory warranty.
We can arrange shipping to nearly anywhere in the world. You are responsible for shipping costs. All cars are sold F.O.B. from the point of sale within the Hendrick Automotive Group.
Shipping costs will vary depending upon the distance to be shipped. Shipping costs generally vary from $125 to $900 within the continental United States. Costs to ship to Europe are from $1800 to $3000.
Please note that no purchased vehicle will be release to a shipping company until all necessary documentation is completed and ALL MONIES are received and verified.

Terms of Sale
Winning Bidder must make a $1,000 deposit to secure the vehicle within 4 hours of sale. or before noon the next day if the sale took place after 6 p.m. Pacific Time. You may make this payment with a credit card.
Winning Bidder of Offeror shall pay the remaining balance due within 5 days.
If you are obtaining your own financing or paying cash you will need to provide us with the name of your lender and a telephone number we can verify funds.
If you are able to finance 100% of the sale we will waive the cash deposit if you fill out our online credit application and submit it to us. The application must be sent no less than 4 hours after the sale.
Taxes and Fees. If you are a resident of California we will collect sales taxes based upon your county of residence. If you are not a resident of California we do not collect California sales taxes. To avoid paying California sales taxes you must take delivery of the vehicle outside of California. You are still responsible to pay your state taxes and license fees outside of California. We can finance those taxes and fees for most buyers.
We charge a $55.00 Documentation Fee on all vehicle sales. We charge California smog fees and certificate costs of $38.00 on all used vehicles.

Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
