What your bidding on a a very nice daily driver. It has a no leaking sunroof. This car has a nice paint job. It drives very well. With the winter coming the Quattro works great in snow. It has winter package with the heated seats. This feature works great as well. This also comes with the 3rd row of seating. The inside is very clean. The title is free and clear. This is also pretty good on gas. According to Audi it gets 17mpg city and 26mpg highway. I am not a mechanic so I have not done any hardcore looking under the car or diagnostics. But again from my lamens knowledge it runs and drives great. This is na AS-Is sale and no warranties included. The car does need a passenger side mirror. I will provide this if buy it now is used. I will purchase it and mail it to you once it arrives. You will be responsible for having it installed.

When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal, binding contract to purchase. This arrangement is outlined in the Ebay user Agreement.
Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours (by phone) of auction's end, and make arrangements for payment to complete the transaction. A $500.00 Paypal deposit is due immediately at the end of auction to secure the vehicle. The remainder is due within 5 business days of Auction's end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2001. Make sure, if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please secure financing PRIOR to bidding. Only bid on this vehicle if you are POSITIVE you can pay for it.
Acceptable payment methods for DEPOSIT are cashiers check or bank wire transfer. For instant "Buy it Now" there is a immediate $500 paypal charge. Acceptable payment methods for REMAINDER of total are cashiers check or wire transfer. If transaction is not completed within allotted time, the buyer may risk losing the deposit unless arranged differently with me. Title will be transferred when full payment is verified.
I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have minor scratches and dings typical for their year, and that mechanical parts are subject to fail.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can also locate auto transporters by doing a search for `auto shippers.`

We have sold cars to people all over the United States and are familiar with shipping and transporting vehicles, however, the buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. Local pick up is available Mondays and Fridays from 9AM-7PM, Saturdays 10AM-3PM. Other pick-up times can be arranged but must be discussed and agreed to beforehand.
